Meet MeTonya Stone
Hi, I’m Tonya — a Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor with seven years of personal practice and three years of teaching experience. My journey into mindfulness began with an intention to feel more grounded and connected in my daily life. Over time, these practices became the anchors that helped me navigate stress, reconnect with my body, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
Anchor & Awaken is the space where I share what continues to support me: mindful movement, breathwork, emotional awareness, and the quieter inner shifts that shape how we show up in the world. It’s also a place where we explore our relationship with food and nourishment — not through dieting or restriction, but through curiosity, intuition, and a deeper understanding of how what we eat influences how we feel.
I’m passionate about helping others explore their wellness journey in a way that feels compassionate, accessible, and real. Here, you’ll find reflections, practices, and gentle reminders meant to help you feel more anchored in your body and more awakened to your life.
